Do I need an appointment at Car-Co?
No. Walk in any time during business hours at either office. We built our offices around same-day, walk-in service, so you won’t need to book a slot the way you would at the state DMV.
Can you issue a Real ID or Enhanced Driver's License?
No. New York State requires Real ID and Enhanced Driver’s Licenses to be issued in person at a DMV facility. We cannot process those two transactions.
What are your business hours?
Both offices are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We are closed on Sunday.
